We believe very strongly in providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers.  We started Promethius University to help fill in the technology "knowledge gaps" commonly found in any organization.  We felt that it wasn't enough to solely provide a "break-fix" approach to servicing our customers.  We wanted to help change cultures.

Lunch Lectures

Most Promethius University classes are conducted over lunch, which we provide, and generally last between one and two hours.  We find this is a nice, moderate duration.  It gives us enough time to really teach some good information without overdoing it.  Let's face it - technology can be overwhelming after a certain point.

General IT Insights

We often cover general technology topics that help your office hum right along.  Common topics include "Getting More Out of Microsoft Exchange," "Setting Up Spyware Policies," and "What's New in Windows 7."

Internet Mastery

Several topics involve the latest web technologies and best-practices.  Recent topics include "Getting More Out of Your Drupal CMS," "Social Networking 101," and "Webmastering Skills for Beginners."
